INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR ROADS CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATIONS

In line with His Excellency Governor Umar Namadi fca 12 point Agenda among which is Urban Infrastructure and Rural Transformation. The Jigawa State Government through the Ministry of Works and Transport is hereby inviting interested reputable Civil Engineering Construction Companies to submit Pre-qualification documents for the following proposed roads Construction and Rehabilitation projects across the State:

A. Township Roads in Urban Centers
1- Construction of Basirka Township Road 4km

B. Upgrading Of Rural Feeder Roads
1- Construction of Auyo – Gatafa – Yamide Road 17.5km
2- Construction of Kazaure – Sabaru – Karkarma Road 16km
3- Construction of Kila – Jugwa – Sakuwa Road 8.4km

C. New Construction Of Regional Roads
1- Construction of Guri – Lafiya Road 30km
2- Construction of Medu – Danmadai- Kanyu – Dandidi – Madaka Road 17.5km

D. Asphaltic Concrete Overlay
1- Rehabilitation of Limawa – Warwade – Sakwaya – Jigawar Tsada Road 35km

1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Governing Council of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso in compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007, invites reputable, experienced and interested contractors for pre-qualification and submission of tender for the underlisted project.

2.0 SCOPE OF WORK
SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF RADIO STATION EQUIPMENT

3.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested firms should submit notice of intent to pre-qualify in the tender exercise. The documents should be signed, paginated, separated by dividers and arranged in the order outlined hereunder with table of content indicating the pages on which each item would be found:
a. Evidence of certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Forms CAC 1.1 or CAC2 and CAC7, or Business Name where applicable;
b. Evidence of Company/Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024, 2025); valid till 31th December, 2026;
c. Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026 issued by National Pension Commission (applicable where number of staff is at least 15);
d. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026 (applicable where number of staff is at least 5 or at least N50m turnover);
e. Nigeria Social Industrial Trust Fund (NISTF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026;

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 The Modibbo Adama University Teaching Hospital (MAUTH), Yola in her mandate to provide qualitative, effective, efficient, patient-focused and affordable healthcare services to patient/clients including Research and Training of Medical Personnel in Adamawa State and its environs as a Tertiary Healthcare Institution in the North-East Zone intends to use her budgetary allocation for the procurement of goods, works and services towards achieving her mandate as appropriated by the Federal Government in the 2026 Capital Budget.
1.2 Accordingly, in line with PPA 2007, we hereby invite experienced and competent Contractors/Suppliers with good track records to tender for the following procurement;

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Including Forms CAC2 and CAC7;
b. Evidence of Company Income’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2026; with minimum average turnover of At least 50% of the estimated project cost, OR evidence of available credit facility from a reputable bank of at least 100% of the estimated cost of the Project;
c. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026;
d. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026;
e. Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026;

1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria (ANRiN) Project 2.0. and intends to apply part of the proceeds for payments under the contract for Basic Package of Nutrition Services. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing (IPF), except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.

2. The Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare – Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria (ANRiN) Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of commodities to provide a Basic Package of Nutrition Services. The description of goods is provided in Section II –Bid data sheet (BDS) ITB1.1.

3. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
